The 100 Day Project - Day 67 of My "1 Motif 100 Ways" Pattern Series

"Oeiras", by Carlyn Clark of "The 1 Motif 100 Ways" series for day 67 of "The 100 Day Project"

I'm back to a simple repeating pattern design today, inspired by an iron balcony railing detail at the Lisbon Surf House in Oeiras, Portugal. I started with a color palette pulled from the image with yellow, blue and cream, but looking at my recent surface patterns decided to warm it up a bit and go with a terra cotta background color. I did pull the warm golden tone from the painted surface and the deep green of the window.
