It's hard to believe that this is the same motif shown in six different colorways. Using the colors from the California Autumn palette I made yesterday (from a photo of trees in my yard) I've come up with six completely different versions of the same print. The print is just layers of circles, but the results of layering dark and light creates very different results. It's also interesting to view the prints in the context of the image that inspired the color palette. I chose to soften the palette and make it less contrasted. Autumn in California is really bright!
